We also attend to the special needs of children recovering from surgery and bone fractures.

Registration:

If you have not already registered your child, simply  call the center and we will mail you enrollment forms or
to download the enrollment packet simply go the bottom of this page and click on the enrollment packet link.  A current copy of your child's immunization records is also required. And as always,    you are welcome to visit our center, meet our staff and learn more about the program.

How does the Get Well Center work?

Once your child is pre-registered you can call the center when your is ill.  Parents should call prior to arrival to determine if your child meets the medical criteria and to ensure space availability.  Calls received during the night will be returned between 6:30a.m. and 7:00a.m. the following morning.  A visit to the pediatrician may be requested before being admitted to the center.  Space allocation is on a first come, first serve basis.
